Helping Hands serves the homeless in Clatsop, Tillamook, Yamhill, & Lincoln counties. In addition to providing emergency shelter services and hot meals, our Reentry Program focuses on teaching homeless individuals and families the skills and knowledge they need to successfully maintain housing long-term.
